Offices, storefronts and multi-unit properties. Tell us the hours you need to stay open and we will plan the work around them, so the place keeps running while the walls get their new coat.
Deck & Fence Painting
Central Valley sun is hard on exposed timber. Painting and staining for decks, fences, gates and railings brings the color back and puts a protective layer over bare, weathered wood.
Drywall & Plaster Painting
New drywall, patched plaster or a wall repair that needs to disappear into the rest of the room. Surfaces are filled, sanded, primed and finished so the repair stops being the thing you notice.
Trim & Molding Painting
Baseboards, door and window casings, crown molding and banisters. This is the slow detail work with the sharp cut-in lines that makes a room look properly finished instead of simply repainted.

How a job runs
What you can expect from start to finish
- 1. You call or write. Tell us what needs painting and roughly when you would like it done.
- 2. We look at the work. Surfaces, prep, access and colors get discussed before anything is agreed.
- 3. Preparation first. Covering, cleaning, filling and priming. This is the part that decides how the finish lasts.
- 4. Painting. Applied in full coats, with the cut-in lines kept sharp.
- 5. We clean up and walk it with you. Anything you are not happy with, you say so before we pack up.
